You've seen our Team Building Options.  Not for your group?  Then how about a Chef's Table?

The Chef's Table gives your group the opportunity to sit back, relax with a drink, and watch the chef work his magic while he prepares a 5 course dinner for your group. 

 

This is an upscale demonstration class that you and your guest are sure to love!

 

OPTION ONE | $75 per person

1st Course: Arincini, Wilted Greens, Pomodoro Sauce

2nd Course: Chicken Lumpia, Sweet Chili Mango Sauce

3rd Course: Pan Seared Mahi Mahi, Edamame, New England Clam Chowder

4th Course: Chimmichurra Ribeye Steak, Garlic Fingerlings, Fried Vidalia Straw

5th Course: Butterscotch Pudding, Cashew Shortbread Cookies

 

 

OPTION TWO | $75 per person 

1st Course: Roasted Tomato Bisque, Parmesan Focaccia Croutons

2nd Course: Lobster Hushpuppies, Herbed Buttermilk Remoulade

3rd Course: Green Tea Brined Pork Loin, Soba Noodles, Grilled Bok Choy

4th Course: Shiitake & Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken, Jumbo Asparagus, Cous Cous

5th Course: Roasted Peaches & Berries, Champagne Sabayon

1st Course: Cucumber Salad, Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette
