make your own pasta and mystery box challenge
$80 per person
The Challenge: Work in teams to compete in preparing the best appetizer using ingredients from our Mystery Box as well as trying your hand at making homemade pasta! Teams will be responsible for creating the Mystery Box appetizer and homemade pasta. Chef's will prepare Caesar Salad, extra pasta, pasta sauces, and Créme Brulee for the group! After the meal, groups will join together to torch the Créme Brulee.

The Challenge: Work in teams to create your very own sushi rolls! This takes patience, finesse, and teamwork, but the reward is certainly worth the effort. Each team will make 6 rolls, and the chef will demonstrate how to make tempura vegetables and teriyaki glazed shrimp with a Napa cabbage slaw.

Each team will also get the option of making Calzones or Stromboli as an appetizer. Red sauce and white sauce will be available. Caesar Salad and Cannoli's will also be provided.

It's the night before the pizzeria's grand opening and the owner of a rival pizza restaurant has been found murdered in the pantry! But who did it? Maybe it was you!
