We can do that! If you feel like your skills need more attention than what our public classes can give you? No problem! Classes can be scheduled for one time or reoccurring. Below you will find a few of our menus. make your own pasta 

$85 per person

The Challenge:  Make your own homemade pasta from scratch! Have you ever experienced the simple delicacy of freshly made pasta?  Have you ever made that delicacy with your own hands?  

Now you can -  We'll teach you everything you need to know!

Menu:

Garlic Bread 

Pasta (Choose 1): Pappardelle or Three Cheese Ravioli

Sauce (Choose 1): Alfredo Sauce OR Alfredo with Chicken OR Marinara Sauce OR Marinara Sauce with Ground Italian Sausage (chef)

A 30% facility charge applies to all corporate events and private parties. This covers labor, overhead, etc. 

There will be a 20% gratuity added to parties over 6. 

Make Your Own Sushi

$80 per person

The Challenge: Work in teams to create your very own sushi rolls! This takes patience, finesse, and teamwork, but the reward is certainly worth the effort. Each team will make 6 rolls, and the chef will demonstrate how to make tempura vegetables and teriyaki glazed shrimp with a Napa cabbage slaw.

Who says you can't have the best of both worlds! In this class you will cook along with our chef to prepare a meal of your choice. After you're meal you will learn from Dance Coach, Natalie Foreverland how to dance like a pro! Natalie specializes in Salsa, Shag, Swing, & Ballroom.
