2016 Summer Camp Summary
As another summer comes to a close, we can’t believe how fast these past 9 weeks have flown by. Not only was this Plate 108’s longest running Kids Camp summer to date, but it was the most successful. At Plate 108 success is not measured in cups and teaspoons, but instead in smiles, creativity and good eats. The culinary students that joined us this summer were a cut above rest. As a staff, we feel grateful to have worked with your child as we have learned from them as much as we hope they learned from us. We wanted to take this opportunity to share with you a few glimpses of a day in the life at Plate 108 Kid’s Camp 2016.

Every time a fire truck drove by, the kid’s faces were glued to the front window. This sometimes happened multiple times a day.
